THE STARTERS

STARTERS 4 C’S OF SUCCESS

Curiosity  Communication  Critical Thinking  *  Confidence

The mini-MBA starts here. Instead of training our kids to spit out facts, we should be teaching them soft skills. The sooner our kids can understand the importance of goal-setting, problem -solving and network building, the sooner they will be ready to conquer their dreams. We offer the Starters an unconventional, upbeat, activity-based virtual coaching environment.

Soft skills are learned through real-life challenges. Our Starters program is designed to simulate activity-based problems, challenges and reflections on personal stories of triumph and resilience. We may not be able to remember a grade 7 algebra lesson, but we remember and can reflect on being faced with a challenge at recess and what it took to resolve it.
